Screen A Date Criminal Report Plus - National Criminal Check + Address/Social Security Information
Provides a compiled, comprehensive report including criminal data from National Data Registry. It includes information from the following sources: Multi-State Sex Offender Database, the Foreign Nationals Service, the FBI Terrorist List and Federal/State/Local Wanted Fugitive Lists. Screen a Date may be used as a stand-alone service or in conjunction with additional county criminal searches. Also includes information on the individual's previous residence addresses, whether a Social Security number has been issued, maiden and/or married names including any alias name associate with the SSN and whether the individual's SSN is currently being used by other individuals. Social Security number must be provided by the requestor. We do not provide social security numbers due to identity theft concerns.
