Getting Started/Signup

If you are ready to get started, we are. We have a Non-binding Agreement that needs to be signed before we can start doing background checks for you. This contract puts us both on notice as to the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), and basically states that I will keep your information that you send to me confidential and secure, and you will do the same with the information that I return to you. The contract does not require you to order any set number of reports, nor does it charge you an annual fee, set up fee, or any sort of initiation fee. You order reports as you need them, as many or as few as you require.

If we set up a custom package for you with special pricing, we will attach this package with pricing to the contract. And whatever pricing we agree to on individual searches will also be attached to the contract.

You can send the Authorization Forms, Applications, Resumes and related information to us any way you wish, by email, by fax, by US Mail, FedEx, UPS, etc. The completed reports can most quickly and easily be returned to you by email. Second best is by fax. Both email and fax are free. US Mail, UPS, FedEx can be used but the additional cost is passed on to you.

Billing is generally on the end of the month, and terms are net 10 days. All accounts are subject to credit approval. Paying in advance, although not encouraged or asked for, is always a pleasant surprise.
