Over the past 8 years, we've worked hard to develop a reputation of Honesty, Trust, Providing Great & Fast Service, and always doing our best because we know you are depending on us, and we take that trust very seriously. Oh, and "Did I say that our services are fast?" We offer same day service on most computer and database searches, and 24 to 48 hour turnaround on all other searches.**
We're based in Texas, so a large portion of our business is in Texas. But our scope is nationwide! Our contracts reach across the nation. With local court and county record retrievers across the US on-call, with more federal, state and local court databases coming on-line every day, and with a staff of on-line public record experts, we can be YOUR comprehensive source for employee screening and background investigations.
We've expanded our business to include this web site so that our customers can enjoy convenient access to information, new products and ideas. Our company is operated in accordance with Christian principles and standards, and under obedience to our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ, knowing that God's Will and God's Word must never be compromised.
**Average turnaround time in 2004 was 38.5 hours per report (or 12.8 working hours based on an 8 hour work day.) Computer and database searches were usually returned the same day, or within 8 working hours or less. Most time delays were caused by offline websites, database sites that were closed for updating, revision or server problems, and/or the failure of contacted staff and supervisors at other companies not returning voice messages, emails or faxes or returning requested information in a timely manner, which may have necessitated a second and/or third contact.
